− Le mobilier est vieillissant et usé. Le miroir de la salle de bain est piqué. Les serviettes de toilette déchirées. Le balcon couvert de fientes de pigeons. La vue sur un parking couvert. La proximité de l'école avec un réveil à 7h45 lors de l'accueil matinal des élèves (chorale, discours au micro et fanfare). Il fait trop chaud dans la salle de petit déjeuner. Nous avons fait plusieurs heberge
