10.0I had a lovely stay at Hotel Ciao. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and always happy to help. The location is hard to beat, just a stone's throw from Termini station, which made getting around Rome and arriving or leaving very easy. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
− The one downside was noise. You can clearly hear people walking and talking in the corridor outside the room, and it woke us up most mornings.

9.0Staff was excellent, room was very clean and it was quiet even though it’s across from Roma Termini train station. Though it’s very noisy and crowded outside, you have a quick way of getting to places by using the metro
