Spacious rooms, warm staff.
10.0From check-in, I felt the warmth of the staffing team. I was checked-in by a lady who i believe is called Marvellous. She had a big bright smile on her face. I'd had a stressful couple of days with delayed baggage with the airline I flew. But her warmth was so comforting. From that point, it was a beautiful experience. The rooms are spacious, facilities are well maintained even though the building itself is an old one. Shout out to Zuriel, Raphael, Eucharia and Emmanuel who all made my stay awesome. I was moved to a more beautiful room for the last couple of nights. The staffing team will go above and beyond to make your stay glorious. The estate is secure, you require an access code to gain entry. And contrary to some reviews, it was easy to get access codes from the reception and I didn't have any issue each time I was coming back through the estate's entrance. I will definitely be returning, and will 100% recommend this hotel.
