5.0Gostei apenas da cordialidade, atenção e educação dos funcionários.
− O quarto era tão pequeno a ponto de colocarem o frigobar na casa de banho. Um absurdo! Não havia uma mesa para apoiar os nossos pertences como carteira, telemóvel, etc. O telefone do quarto não funcionava.Não consigo imaginar como conseguiram o classificar como um hotel 4 estrelas. O hotel é descrito como uma coisa linda e nos causou uma grande decepção!
Außergewöhnliches Hotel mit Schokoglasur
10.0Tolles Hotel, Thema Schokolade zieht sich von Anfang bis Ende durch. Sogar Schoko-Raumduft im Zimmer und Schoko-Bodylotion. Personal war sehr nett und bemüht. Frühstück war super, die Schokosauce sehr lecker. Das Museum ist lustig, aber eher ein Gag. Wir kamen um 12.30 Uhr an und durften schon einchecken, super! Gemütlichstes Bett auf dem Camino!
− Man sieht, dass das Hotel seine beste Zeit hinter sich hat, aber die Idee ist toll und das Personal sehr nett!
