6.0Ice machine not operating. Did not receive an email on remote check-in procedure. Did not repair bathroom light when requested.
Bug control needed.
4.0The easy access was nice- no check-in required. The room was large enough and the bed comfortable. However, when I couldn't sleep at night and got up to get a snack there were a lot of bugs in the bathroom area. Hard to get back to sleep.
