1.0La description nous avait fait rêver mais le séjour a été annulé le jour de notre arrivée par l'établissement
− Le séjour a été annulé le jour de notre arrivée par l'établissement. Booking nous a informé qu'il nous remboursait le séjour et nous autorisait une petite marge. Mais autant dire que trouver le jour même de notre arrivée, pendant le voyage, un appartement aussi bien situé était mission impossible. Nous avons dû nous replier sur un hôtel avec 2 chambres plutôt qu'1 seul appartement pour toute la famille et assez éloigné du centre, des commerces... Ces quelques jours de retrouvailles en famille se sont révélés plein de petites embûches, et beaucoup plus coûteux que prévus. Le petit surplus d'hôtel est remboursé en crédit de voyage, mais le fait que nous devions manger au restaurant au lieu de faire nos propres repas, que nous avons dû prendre des billets de métro tous les jours... ne sont pas pris en charge. Donc, grosse déception !

9.0Muy cómodo, bien situado, nos gustó mucho estar en el mismo canal. El personal muy atento ante nuestras dudas.
− El menaje de cocina muy escaso, no hay ni una sartén Y tampoco tostadora…, por lo demás perfecto.
Un soggiorno molto piacevole
9.0Situato in una zona molto tranquilla ma non troppo lontana dalle zone centrali, il complesso è a ridosso di un canale ed il panorama è delizioso. La stazione centrale è raggiungibile in 20 minuti a piedi e la fermata di autobus e tram è a pochi passi (5 minuti di camminata). La linea ferroviaria passa molto vicina e i treni sono frequenti ma l'insonorizzazione è perfetta. Fantastico il servizio di deposito bagagli e quello del check-in automatico, hanno funzionato benissimo. L'appartamento era spazioso, molto luminoso e pulito.
− In linea generale non ho criticità da evidenziare, l'unico dettaglio migliorabile è stata l'assenza di tazzine da caffè (abbiamo dovuto berlo dal bicchiere per l'acqua). Ma si tratta di un'inezia trascurabile.

7.0Die Wohnung ist sauber und ansprechend
− Der Online Check-in benötigt einen "Numa" Account und Fotos der IDs aller beteiligten. Wir waren zu acht unterwegs und kamen aus verschiedenen Städten. Dementsprechend war es Recht kompliziert, alle IDs zu bekommen. Ich finde für den Preis könnten sie auch einfach eine Person an eine Rezeption stellen, das würde das Erlebnis für den Kunden stark verbessern.

9.0Storlek på rummet, centralt, perfekt för en familj, rent, service, fint vid vattnet, lugnt område. Vi hade en toppenvistelse. Hade gärna bott här igen.
− Småsaker som kökshandduk, brödkniv, skärbräda. Ska man laga mat så behövs lite mer köksredskap
