Sea, beach and pool very nice. Food and beverage nice in hotel. Also very nice aquapark in hotel area. And Thank you Kristina from Guest Relations. She is very helpful.

Отдыхали в отеле Justiniano Park Conti всей семьёй — остались очень довольны 😊 Территория большая, зелёная и ухоженная, много пальм и мест для прогулок. Море рядом, пляж чистый, вода прозрачная. Для отдыха с детьми очень удобно. Номера хорошие, уборка регулярная. Персонал вежливый и старается помочь, даже если есть языковой барьер. Еда разнообразная: всегда есть мясо, рыба, сладости, фрукты. Голодным точно не останешься 🙂 Отдельно понравилась атмосфера — спокойно, уютно и по-семейному. Вечером есть анимация и развлечения, но без лишнего шума. Хорошее соотношение цены и качества. Для семейного отдыха и спокойного отпуска — отличный вариант. С удовольствием приехали бы ещё раз!

We really enjoyed the wide variety of food and the spotless cleanliness throughout the entire property, including the dining areas. The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming; the front desk responded quickly to all our requests and calls. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained, and the kids' club/activities were excellent, thanks to the warm and friendly animation team. It was also a nice touch to find water and soda in the mini-bar upon arrival, and receiving a complimentary welcome fruit basket on our second day was a lovely surprise.

− On the downside, there was no iron in the room - it is only available as a paid service for €2 per hour. The bathroom amenities were also a bit lacking: there was only basic liquid soap by the sink and a 2-in-1 shampoo/shower gel in the shower. We missed having standard items like body lotion, bar soap, face tissues, or a notepad and pen. While these are minor details, they are usually expected at properties of this level. However, our biggest disappointment was the lack of free Wi-Fi. Having to pay extra for internet felt outdated and slightly lowered the overall impression of the hotel's value.

Territory outside the hotel, most of the staff is nice.

− The brochure handed out at check-in said the dinner was until 9:30 while in reality it was only until 9. No apologies for this misinformation, no alternative suggested - although other guests who arrived late got their dinner served separately. Hotel transfer to the airport - $100. The driver made a 30minute stop to have breakfast apparently, brought me to the wrong terminal and didn't want to go the correct one - I had to take a shuttle. Wi-fi is paid which tells quite a lot about the attitude towards guests. Quite annoying attitude of sales people trying to sell you jewelry, spa services, etc. Room was a little bit up. Cleaning products used in the hotel have a strong smell. Food was quite bad, in 3 days I didn't find anything decent. The big majority of guests are Russian - not a problem in itself but gives a certain vibe to the stay.
