My new favourite hotel in Eskisehir
10.0I had a very comfortable, hassle-free stay at the Merlot Hotel. It is very conveniently situated for the Cassaba complex, which is full of bars and restaurants. The hotel staff were very helpful when I needed to extend my stay, and even allowed me a late check out. It was my first time staying at the Merlot but it will not be my last!

Sigaralı Sigarasız ayrımına dikkat!
6.0Girişte bana da benden önceki iki müşteriye de sigarasız çift kişilik yataklı oda olmadığını ama istersek tek kişilik iki yataklı oda veya sigaralı çift kişilik bir oda verebileceklerini söylediler. Sonradan fark ettim ki rezervasyinda sigaralı sigarasız oda seçeneği yokmuş herhalde. Sonuçta bana gelmeyen bir müşterinin çift kişilik yataklı sigarasız odasını verdiler. Çünkü ilk odayı beğenmemiştim.
