A pretty good 5 star resort hotel, but lacking in friendliness from the staff.
6.0Experiencing genuine staff friendliness while in a hotel environment is very important for guests. Hotel facilities, calming natural views, feel incomplete without sincere hospitality.

Serene Beautiful Resort. Fantastic place to unwind and relax.
9.0The grounds, The garden and The view to Progo River and Mt Sumbing is something else. So serene, lush and green. All the staff were very happy and super helpful. Breakfast was delicious with so much varieties. Really enjoyed our stay.

− The television wifi connection in the room is not being set, hence I have to call reception to get help in fixing the setting before I can watch news.

10.0Tutto. È un paradiso terrestre. Consigliatissimo!! Le stanze sono pulite e immerse nel verde e sono facilmente raggiungibili con una navetta interna gratuita tipo cadde da golf. Ci spiace essere rimasti solamente una notte.
− Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la grata del condotto di aerazione del bagno durante la notte. È entrato un gattino in stanza cadendo dalla griglia ma ovviamente non è imputabile all’hotel, che è stato comunque avvisato.
