Gorgeous Mal Pais Retreat
10.0Beautiful place to stay! Very clean, beautiful wood interiors, inviting pool, incedible view of the ocean right from your private balcony. I could go on and on. Host was friendly and responsive, helpful and courteous. Animals in trees right nearby. Property has pretty limited parking, and I’ll admit it was a bit of a challenge parallel parking at that elevation. 10/10 would stay here again. Love the quiet policy. So peaceful & rejuvenating.

10.0What an amazing rental! We loved every minute of it. I don't know if our favorite spot was the balcony overlooking the ocean or the infinity pool! Kitchen has everything you need. Town isn't too far away and very fun nightlife! Everything was great about this rental, would highly recommend. I wish we stayed more than two nights, we needed more!

10.0This place has the million dollar view! It's very clean and well kept. You don't need a 4x4 to get up there. You can get up to the property in a regular SUV that has decent clearance because the road is bumpy, steep and narrow. It's close to everything you'll need during your stay.

8.0Amazing views above a long stretch of jungle canopy straight to the ocean. Saw lots of wildlife. Swimming pool is beautiful. Peaceful, private decks with each room. Nice common area with tables and view. Owner could have been friendlier. Cleaning staff were very friendly and pleasant. Highly recommended.
