6.0They took a lot of time to answer my questions. They agreed for my requirements but not without having to call them to solve some problems. No shampoo or shower gel at the property. No Wi-Fi instructions anywhere.
Girls city break
6.0Room was definitely not described or photoed correctly in correlation to the room we were in. Central location and handy service to check in and out of and well communicated for door entry codes. Definitely can’t check in early as code starts at 3pm and no “secure” luggage area as it sits at the side of the reception desk. Room itself was tidy, and clean on arrival, however there was a very foul smell coming from the sink in the bathroom. This smell lasted our whole 3 day stay. The rest of the apartment was fine besides the tv didn’t work well and was all in Polish (understandable) however if you are there for a longer stay not so ideal. No ironing board to go with the iron either.
