Disappointing Stay – Unsanitary Conditions & Unhelpful Service
2.0− I am posting this review in the hope that management actually addresses the poor conditions and lack of service at this Cupertino location. As a family traveling with young children, cleanliness and health are our top priorities, but this property fell far below basic standards: Stained & Unsanitary Upholstery: The couch inside our room was visibly stained and dirty. Outdated & Musty Carpet: The hallway carpet outside our room was extremely old and worn, raising serious concerns for us about potential mold and air quality for our kids. Empty Promises from Staff: We reported the couch issue to the front desk immediately. Despite asking multiple times and being assured by staff that they would replace the couch, no one ever came or resolved it. AC / Ventilation Issues: The room controls give you no option to leave the AC fan running continuously to maintain airflow. The combination of aging facilities, unfulfilled promises from the staff, and health concerns for our children made for a very uncomfortable stay.
Clean and Comfortable
10.0The hotel management and staff made a good effort to keep the room looking and smelling clean and comfortable. I will definitely return to stay whenever I need a room in Sunnyvale. Hopefully I have the time to use the gym and pool when I next stay with you. (This hotel is right next to a supermarket and is super convenient!)

5.0Reasonable price. Ok location. Breakfast was nice.
− The bathroom wasn't fully cleaned. Not all the towels were provided. The location of the room was noisy and not what we requested when the reservation was made two weeks earlier. The hot tub was DISGUSTING - FILTHY, SMELLY AND NOT CLEANED.
