4.0Unfortunately this was a disappointing stay. Firstly, three of us were put in a room with one king bed. I had booked a room with two double beds, but was told by the front desk that the hotel was full and this was the only available room left. Secondly, when I reported that the toilet was not flushing properly and that it was constantly draining, the front desk informed me that they were aware of this problem but that they couldn’t fix until Monday! They then asked me what I expected them to do since they could not accommodate moving us and they couldn’t fix the toilet. I suggested some sort of compensation would be appropriate and they asked what I felt was appropriate. They finally offered half price for the room which I felt was low considering the room only had one bed and one guest needed to sleep on a small couch. I don’t think Expedia should offer this hotel as the photographs do not match the room, which needed several renovations. To top it off the room was dirty ( stained carpet, broken cupboard doors in the kitchenette, garbage left from previous guests, coffee maker and oven dirty).
