8.0Fint hotell med rene og romslige rom. Sengene var noe harde, og ikke så komfortable. Frokosten var bra, og trivelig betjening med god service. Grei beliggenhet i Hendaye.

4.0Pessoas sem formação, não sabem, não conhecem, não sabem pois serviços do hotel. Não é possível fechar as cortinas totalmente. As toalhas são pequenas. O hotel sofreu obras, daí pedirem muito valor pelo quarto, mas o restante serviço é de baixa qualidade
