10.0The room was an updated one. It was nice having the wood floors instead of carpet. It was nice that they offered a refrigerator however a microwave would have been nice. And especially cuz it was advertised with one and there wasn't one. Overall the 3/5 there were a few hairs in the shower and one of the towels had a lot of stains on it and I'm assuming that was an accident it got put in the room. I would stay again if need be.

2.0Completely unacceptable! The bedding and comforter were dirty and covered in stains. We reserved a non-smoking room but ended up in a smoking one instead. Additionally, the lights were malfunctioning, and the curtains were barely attached to the rod, appearing as if they had been torn down previously.

4.0Internet is heavily limited isnt in every room and only covers about half the property the download was about 10mps if that i got 2 to 1 half the time with inconsistent speeds being by the router kinda upload is probably the exact same needs a massive overhaul when i asked what they had i was told fiber by the very nice older guy up front he was a massive help and the only reason i didnt go for a full refund day 1 2h into my stay
