8.0The hotel is in an excellent location, about a 15–20 minute walk from Essen city center. There is a REWE supermarket nearby, and the hotel is situated on a street with plenty of restaurants and cafés, making it a very convenient place to stay.
− This was my second stay at this hotel, and unfortunately the cleanliness is still an issue. During our previous stay, we found a forgotten eyeliner under the curtain in our room. This time, there was another item left behind by a previous guest. The bedsheets were clean, and overall the bathroom was clean as well. However, finding forgotten belongings in the room for the second time suggests that the room is not cleaned thoroughly enough. It was disappointing to experience the same issue again.

7.0Das Hotel ist wirklich schön und das Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück war ebenfalls gut.
− Das ganze Hotel außer der Frűhstũcksraum ist ohne Klimaanlage. Im Hotel und vor allem in den Zimmern ist es extrem warm. Dadurch, dass das Hotel mitten an einer sehr lebhaften Straße liegt, ist es nicht möglich das Fenster Nachts offen zu lassen. Das ist das einzigste negative an dem Hotel. Ich würde es nur deshalb leider nicht wieder buchen, weil man einfach nicht schlafen kann.
