Overall, I loved the staff but as mentioned my stay was affected maintenance issues.
6.0We had a wonderful stay at this apartment hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions we had. The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants, attractions.
− Unfortunately, my stay was impacted by a maintenance issue that should have been identified before check-in. After using the toilet in my room, I discovered that it would not flush, which created a very embarrassing and uncomfortable situation. While I appreciate that the staff responded by moving me to another room, it was inconvenient to have to repack all of my luggage and relocate. The replacement room was also further away from my preferred location and did not have lift access, making the move even more difficult. Although the staff attempted to resolve the issue, the disruption affected the overall experience.
