10.0Outstanding service and a truly great holiday experience! The staff were professional, responsive, and always attentive to our needs. Special thanks to guest relations manager Anja, whose care and dedication made our stay even more memorable. Yılmaz also deserves recognition for his excellent service. On top of that, we enjoyed perfect weather, which made everything even better. Highly recommended!

10.0What a fantastic vacation that truly exceeded our expectations! The rooms were spotless and tidy, the service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There was plenty of delicious food with a wonderful variety to choose from. The location of the hotel is also fantastic, just minutes away from the city center. Special thanks to Lucia and hospitality team, for organizing birthday surprise for our sons. We are already planning our return next summer and highly recommend this hotel!
