2.0They was unprofessional they did not call tell nobody they cancel your room the lady up there was rude the people behind the desk was rude that's not good type of business me and my family and more people who was there she was rude I don't think that's good

2.0The room had roaches and they refused to refund my money only giving 10 dollars back i only asked for half back because i understand how business works and i was refused that i will never go back

2.0The room was never cleaned. The room was flooded while we were in it and when we reported it, staff alerted us that they know the room was flooded when it was assigned to us but they thought we were only going to be in the room one night not for our entire stay. Our room key kept being disabled and we were continually asked about checking out but were booked for several days, which was prepaid but they kept trying to recharge us.
