− The room service/waiters and the way food is delivered to our rooms. Especially on the last day.

10.0View was great - facilities were amazing - loved the restaurant's.... The staff were incredible throughout - so happy and friendly and accommodating. We loved the beach access Our little studio apartment was just perfect for the two of us and we really didn't need to self cater because we found the restaurant facilities so affordable with fantastic food!

9.0undercover Parkings are too small and cramped for big vehicles like mine. I drive an X7. Rooms were clean, staff good, room service good. did not have breakfast as we chose to sleep in every morning but the whole vibe of the hotel/accomodation was really Nic e.
We had a wonderful stay and will be back for sure.
9.0Rooms were well equipped. The view was amazing and access to the beach fantastic. The Pools are lovely with lots of entertainment all through the day for kids.

7.0Fantastic ground floor room. Great view. Relatively easy access to Beach. Good food at the restaurants and good atmosphere at the beach view deck. Staff at breakfast were very helpful and friendly.
− Hotel teams right outside the unit that blocked the view. The SPA team and their Gazebo and on Friday the team Braai'ng outside the room. Our Unit had no gate so had to go back into the resort, up the stair and then down the stairs to get to beach which i felt was silly given the unit next to us had a gate, There was a massive cockroach in our room and also one at the breakfast restaurant in the Sauce basket.
