8.0− 大浴場の足拭きタオルが2日目びしょ濡れで気持ち悪かった。清掃の方がいましたが交換せずタオルの回収のみでした。その方は二度とも来ていましたが私が上がるまで交換されませんでした。それが残念でした

9.0Sehr schönes gediegenes Hotel mit einem perfekten Blick auf den Sakurajima! Frühstück und Abendessen ist ein ein umfangreiches Buffet, wo denke ich für jeden etwas dabei sein sollte! Auch das Panoramabad ist sehr schön mit Aussicht auf den Vulkan. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, das sich jederzeit für jedes Anliegen kümmert. Auch die Bar mit einem sehr netten Barkeeper und Restaurantchef verdient eine Erwähnung. Wir fanden den Aufenthalt sehr erholsam und wundervoll. Danke für die schöne Zeit!
