− The only two items I would "complain" about is small fridge in the room does not work and when I went to get coffee in the morning, I had to find a hair dryer. My fault for not knowing there is not one in the room. Choose a second level room; lots of noise from upstairs.
Our Favorite spot to stay
9.0Best location in Grand Lake with all rooms having a direct view of the lake. Park your car and walk to anyplace in town. Staff working hard to make things go smoothly while in the middle of a total remodel. Stayed in one of the "finished" rooms and they are spacious and relaxing. We always try to get in here because of its location.
− This area, right by the lake is undergoing a huge make-over involving the total demolition of units across the road. Lots of daytime distraction, including gigantic trucks, etc. Good part, things are moving very fast because this IS the PRIME SPOT on the lakefront for tourists.
Great location, very clean and modern, extremely friendly and accommodating staff
8.0Location is ideal, overlooking a beautiful lake. They just reopened after an extensive renovation. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. The facilities are still undergoing some construction which they should have done over this summer, but that does not interfere with your stay. The owner was excellent and very personable. Half a block walk to acquaint downtown with restaurants and bars.

9.0The staff was some of the friendliest and most helpful, and the location couldn’t be beat. Right on the lakefront and right next to several shops and restaurants.
− Remodeling is running late. What they have done looks great, but there’s still work to be done.
