10.0One of the best stays I’ve had in Tamil Nadu! From the moment we arrived until we checked out, every member of the staff was exceptionally warm, friendly, and always greeted us with a genuine smile, making us feel truly welcome. A special thank you to Varsha at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and provided outstanding hospitality, making the entire check-in process smooth and ensuring all our needs were taken care of throughout our visit. I’d also like to thank Mr. Ramachandran, who warmly welcomed us upon arrival. He was extremely helpful with our luggage, offered us refreshing drinks, and made a wonderful first impression with his kindness and professionalism. The excellent service, genuine hospitality, and welcoming atmosphere made our stay at JC Residency Madurai truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madurai, and I look forward to staying here again on my next trip.
