4.0room carpet is dirty, no shoe provided. glass top table have oily cloudy appearance. wet-dried and clump toilet roll installed, toilet roll cheap quality. pillow have fragrance (big no for me), distract my sleep. good thing is have a lot of plug point, and breakfast is at highest floor with good view (though the food is terrible, just like most hotel in Malaysia).
