Great stay but needs improvement on breakfast readiness.
8.0Rooms were extremely comfortable and pool/hot tub was fabulous.
− Breakfast was lacking. Food was empty in the containers, no waffles, sausage biscuits sandwich and empty coffee. Eggs felt like few days old. We attempted to get breakfast at 7:20am. So, it wasn't like they were out of food.

10.0This hotel was very clean and it seems like the rooms were updated recently. It also is in a great location.
Horrible experience.
1.0They refused to let me stay there after asking why I was being charged twice. By booking.com, I was charged. They said booking didn't pay them and made me pay again. I need my refund from booking. I was not allowed to stay there, and they said locals aren't allowed there.
− They refused to let me stay. Were rude to me when I asked why I was being charged twice charged twice. Threw me out and said get out when I asked who the owner of the hotel is? I alerted my bank, but have not received my refund
