− We arrived at the hotel at around 7:00 PM with a confirmed Booking.com reservation, but the hotel claimed they had not received it and said they were fully booked. We waited for about an hour and a half, and only at around 8:30 PM were told they could not provide us with a room. We then had to find alternative accommodation late in the evening, in a small town with very limited options. What makes this even more disappointing is that I had already communicated with the hotel through Booking.com several months before arrival regarding our check-in time, so they clearly had information about our reservation. Very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this hotel.
Worth it for the riverside location alone!
8.0It doesn’t pretend to be anything fancy, but the room was really big, comfortably furnished and right on the riverbank, which was delightful.
