10.0Arrived very early in the morning. Keith was able to get me checked in quickly so I could get some sleep before my early morning agenda. The bed was very comfortable, and the workspace in the room was perfect for getting stuff done. If I'm in the area again, this will be my hotel of choice. This location is highly recommended!
Great location, but the rest could use work
7.0Location is prime, so close to the arena and convention center. The credit at the food bar is great.
− Low water pressure, weird room configuration, some of the usb plugs don’t really charge well (use direct wall plugs), strange print design on wall, towels are pretty flimsy, I had 3 people listed and I had to ask for sheets and blankets for pull out couch, thin blankets, and they don’t serve food after 9:30 even though the TV hotel guide and one of the signs say 10pm… sucks when your family is tired and hungry.
