− I had a very disappointing experience with the Marketing Manager, Ms. Claudia. She was extremely unprofessional and rude throughout our communication. Instead of trying to understand the issue or provide a solution, she repeatedly stated that she was off that day, which should not be the customer's concern. A professional representative should either assist or ensure the matter is handed over to someone who can. Unfortunately, no effort was made to resolve the issue, leaving a very poor impression of the company's customer service.

9.0منتجع جميل ونظيف ولديهم اهتمام بالنزيل من تواجده في الموقع إلى وصوله للجزيرة وعودته.. لألعاب جميلة وممتعه أكثر للأطفال والسينما مجانية والاكل جيد ومتنوع بالمطاعم وتوجد خصوصية للفلل الشاطئية وسيارة البقي تنقلك لاي مكان. بعض المسبح حرارية ومائها ساخن رملية.
− تأخير بعض الشي في تسجيل الدخول والاثاث قديم
