The worst experience I have ever had from any Booking company or hotel!!!
8.0− I did research on how Bait&Switch works. The Black Staff Lady, who was willing to help me with Changing My date of stay. Took my email papers and went into the Office, she came back in about twenty minutes . Saying she talked with Booking.com for a change in dates. She said:' she talked to an agent with Booking.com 'and they were going to send me an email with a rain check and I could book through Drury Inn at a different Price, but higher than Booking .com. Being I had know alternative, I was at the hotel already. I took the room at their price in In hopes that I was going to receive a Rain Check! So I paid $168.52 to Booking .com and another $278.26 to Drury Inn. I feeling both companies are at fault. I am 80 years of age, some way to treat the Elderly!

10.0The cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was very friendly. I liked the happy hour they offered along with the hot breakfast. Also the free parking. I like that it was near a lot of stores and restaurants.

10.0Everything was great. During the breakfast hours, the staff was extremely friendly and on top of everything. Snack/dinner every evening was a perk.
− Bathrooms did not have an exhaust.
