Una gran decepción: hotel muy deteriorado y sin mantenimiento
5.0Es un entorno privilegiado con jardines diseñados y cuidados con esmero
− Nuestra experiencia en el Labak Hotel ha sido muy decepcionante. El hotel muestra un estado de deterioro y falta de mantenimiento que no corresponde con la categoría anunciada. Las instalaciones parecen abandonadas: hay techos dañados y abiertos en algunas zonas, grandes manchas negras de humedad en los techos de las habitaciones, muebles rotos y baños que necesitan una renovación. Muchos detalles podrían mejorar simplemente con una limpieza profunda y un mantenimiento básico. Las toallas son extremadamente antiguas y desgastadas; las de la piscina están manchadas y parecen haber llegado al final de su vida útil. Se ven ceniceros sucios, falta de limpieza general y una clara ausencia de cuidado en muchas zonas del hotel. También resulta muy triste ver espacios del hotel abandonados, como tiendas cerradas con restos en su interior, colchones muy antiguos con deformaciones y manchas visibles de años de uso. Es una pena, porque el entorno tiene potencial, pero con una inversión en mantenimiento, limpieza y renovación de elementos básicos podría convertirse en un lugar mucho más agradable. Actualmente, la sensación es de abandono y falta de atención al huésped.

− كثرة النامس والمنطقه بعد الساعه 9 لا يوجد فيها محلات تفتح يعني المكان تهدى

5.0− There was a musty smell in every room. The rooms weren’t cleaned at all, and there were some lizards crawling around. The water heater in the bathroom wasn't working, and the sinks were clogged. The kitchen wasn't clean, nor was the refrigerator. It definitely wasn't worth the money. The furniture and rooms were nothing like the photos. The staff were very helpful, and the pool and view were beautiful.
