8.0Secure Hotel within easy walking distance of Waterfall Mall & Restaurants. Easy checkin, super friendly and helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast. Good Wifi. No lift. Stairs only.

6.0Hotel is out dated. Old fashion plugs, Decor , furniture Breakfast was the worst i ever had at a hotel. Limited variety, The eggs, Apple juice , muffins was finished , Needed to ask for cutlery Needed to ask for glasses for juice, cups for coffee and spoons, Not even napkins at the tabel. Staff at breakfast unfriendly and not very helpful. Ice machine broken Showers horrible- sign asked to only shower for 2 minutes but you wait 5 min for water to warm. Only 2 towels No face towel No shower carpet
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
2.0My stay was a disaster. The room was next to tne reception and dining area. room 16. The noise was unbeatable and the smell of food from the dining area. Honestly did not enjoy my stay as i could not sleep
