4.0First of all the pictures advertised are way different versus the actual photos. 1. Elevators - stinky and terrible as to how it’s built. 2. Room - we booked two rooms for 4 pax each and the space for each room was limited. Only one of us could move around at each time. 3. Power socket - the hotel could have provided universal adaptors as a courtesy. Instead, they require the customers get their own for the stores in the ground floor earn income. 4. We added one additional night of stay for 2 pax and the room they gave us was good for one room. And they ask us to leave a good review on Expedia before leaving the property— which we declined because there is no WAY I’m leaving them a good review. 5. The blankets and towels have stains left. 6. The door lock was out of battery and had to go to the reception on the 16th floor. 7. Hot and cold shower works bad. This is a terrible hotel to stay at Hong Kong. Any property that had Chungkik Mansion as the location is terrible. Do not book this hotel if you want a comfortable rest.
