6.0Отличный район расположения, но вот кровать была адски неудобная, и в номере душно — в коридоре было гораздо прохладнее даже при открытом ночью окне. В душе прыгала температура воды, все время приходилось регулировать до комфортной. Нет возможности постирать вещи в отеле — только отдавать в прачечную

2.0rooms bad, air conditioning poor ,bed up dated. you had to pay for soap ans shampoo in the room and shower was just updated and terrible.

10.0Buen hotel, muy bien ubicado, amables los administradores; muy buen servicio.
it is just ok
8.0good location but... no private showers in the room the have separate female and Male showers but unisex toilet they have just one toilet and 2 showers per floor...which means 18 rooms per floor... what results in around 40 people to use them... people does not now No English or other language so is really hard to communicate besides that is in a good location ...close to everything and 2 little restaurants on the side which are good
Malo, descorteses y con malos modos
6.0Llegamos y primero nos dijeron que la reserva no estaba hecha, que "hoteles.com" no tenía relación con ese hotel (muy descorteses y cerrados)... 15 min después nos dieron una habitación sin explicar mucho "diciendo ¿la quieren o no?" al no haber más opciones en Kazan la tomamos.... pero originalmente habíamos reservados 2 habitaciones para 2 personas y finalmente sólo nos dieron una para 4 personas y sin baño.
