7.0Eu escolho este hotel pela localização, os quartos são bons, mas dá sempre impressão de improviso, neste último quarto que fiquei por exemplos as tomadas eram sem uso. Para carregar telefone só em um ponto no chão . O hotel é muito limpo, minha avaliação desta vez foi pontual, somente no quarto.
− No geral acho os funcionários frios, não respondem nem o bom dia! Com exceção dos mensageiros eles são o exato oposto.

O hotel proporcionou uma experiência de bem estar, conforto e ttranquilidade.
9.0A localização é espetacular, próximo a praia, cafés, bares, restaurantes e farmácias. Todo o hotel é bem novo, muito limpo e tem tudo que o hóspede precisa. O chuveiro proporciona um banho mto bacana. Café da manhã variado e com itens preparados na hora.
− Apenas um pequeno detalhe que não prejudica a avaliação: a posição do suporte às toalhas no banheiro é muito baixa e posicionada ao lado do box. As vezes ao sair do banho, naturalmente ocorria um esbarrão no suporte.

10.0O hotel fica na melhor região do Rio de Janeiro. Da para ir a pé aos melhores restaurantes do Leblon e fica a um quarteirão da praia. A infraestrutura, limpeza e atendimento impecáveis, além do charme carioca.
