I am really impressed, and will book again as long as it is not a football or basketball (any sport) weekend.

Cozy!
10.0We recently stayed at the Residence Inn Marriott in Pullman and really enjoyed our time there. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel and our room were clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. The bed was cozy, and having a kitchenette in the room was such a nice bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Friendly and professional.
10.0Front desk person was super helpful and checked me right in. Room was comfortable and clean. I loved my stay besides the teams that were there. I felt bad for this person that just cleaned the elevator and some kids went and messed it up right after. I asked one of them to stop wiping their hands all over it and he laughed and walked away. I feel that all of the staff jas a huge amount of patience and grace for the chaos they were dealing with.
