A decent getaway but with future expectations

− The chalets have become dated, with a very urgent need to fix it up or do a complete refurbishment
We liked the place

− The check in time was 3 but we waited 40mins past check in.
Amazing location with lots of things for kids to do
9.0Property was amazing. My kids loved it. Lots of things to do. Also David (tour/boat guide) was entertaining.
− I wish there was a heater or electric blankets. I hope the road leading to the resort can be smoothed out more.

− Rooms could have wall heaters. Water doesnt stay hot enough in shower for a fully booked chalet.
Short, Beautiful
8.0The facilities and the views.
− The road getting there. All facilities closed early and we were unable to use yet we paid full price for the accommodation. The shower spray was shooting water all over the place.
