4.0Beds, kitchen and tv. Location and security great. The office lady was very friendly and did her best to accomodate us after the "system" assigned us to the wrong unit.
− The unit advertised is not on ground floor as we were told by the friendly lady at reception, All ground floor units are now owned by people and not the resort. We were first placed in a room with no balcony at all. After complaining, we were moved to another 1st floor unit that at least had a balcony with a gas braai. I had bought fire wood in anticipation after seeing the photos, which I had to then give up at hluhluwe game reserve as they do not allow it in. Thankfully the lady at reception organised us free gas. Normally this is charged for. Be aware.
