Lost power but staff was friendly and it was back on quickly

− We lost power due to a storm. The window doesn't open, which I understand for safety reasons. However, if this happens often, investing in some battery operated fans (as used for camping) and offering complimentary cold water would have been really awesome. Also I really love hotels with 24 hour coffee station in the lobby.

− Lost power for awhile on Saturday evening but that's not your fault. Breakfast had some bruised fruit and every morning the milk was almost gone.

Great stay, no complaints!
10.0Me and my wife stayed here for one night while visiting some family. This hotel was great and we will definitely be booking here again for future trips! Check in was smooth (I use the Hilton app), all staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean and the hallways smelled good (while it smelled good, I am sensitive to smells so it was a bit strong for me, but thankfully I got used to it quickly and the rooms weren't as strong). My wife said she heard a little walking around in the room above us, but compared to our neighbors in our apartment, it was nothing! Breakfast options were varied and all were delicious. Gym was fantastic for a hotel of this level and made me wish I had more time to spend in there! We didn't get to see or use the pool so I'm not sure how that is. Parking lot was well lit and felt extremely safe (also due to Ada being a small friendly town). The only "issue" we had was the TV channels not coming through at all, or being very very choppy, so we couldn't watch TV. This wasn't a big deal at all, but if TV is something you like or need, maybe something to keep in mind. All in all, this was one of our favorite hotel stays and will stay again in the future!
