− No longer serving breakfast, but a bigger hotel just 100 yards away does excellent breakfast .. at a reasonable price. The staircase is very steep for older, or disabled people. A little noisy at night from passing traffic., if the windows open.

− It was very hot due to the heatwave and as it is on a road you could hear all the traffic when the window was open. The host did provide a fan. Nothing that could be done about the weather!

8.0Lovely place, the host was very accommodating. We arrived late and she stayed up to make sure we could check in without any issues. She also kindly upgraded our room at no extra cost - I’d booked the double room to save some money but she put us in the twin room so we got a bed each. The part of the town the b&b is in is also lovely, and the place was clean. Really decent stay and a good place to lay your head at night if you’ve got bits to do in the area.
