10.0Rarely do i enjoy writing a review of a hotel because most are good but few are extraordinary. The staff (Peter at reception, Owen at breakfast) made every moment a relaxed and memorable stay. Comfortable bed, spacious rooms, a breakfast buffet better than any other I've enjoyed in 36 countries! Highly recommend!

10.0Really like the look and feel of this hotel. Have stayed here before when in Nairobi. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Food consistently good. I feel like the food is a bit overpriced but it is definitely good and good portions. The alcoholic beverages are quite reasonable though with the exception of the wine. A glass of wine is very expensive and overpriced. A great experience overall

10.0The staff here are amazing , very hospitable, kind and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and the gardens are lovely - I highly recommend (traveling with family and friends for safari vacation)
