10.0They provided a baby cot bed for my baby girl, and the receptionist even charged my phone for me the whole night because I forgot my charger and my phone battery was flat.

3.0Close to beach and beautiful sea view
− Struggled to connect to WiFi. Reception said too many users because hotel is full so nothing they could do. Bathroom does not have proper doors. It has built in cupboard door with huge gaps at the bottom and middle, no lock. No privacy to use bathroom. Family of 4 stayed so very inconvenient. Sauna has not worked fr years. Lady on handover said to get keys fr facilities. Went into pool, water was very cold with it being winter. Hoped to go into sauna but was told nothing beyond pool works fr years now. On booking, reception said as long as there's a kitchen, there's a balcony. Unit had no balcony and no couch as seen in pics
