9.0The room was cosy and had a lovely view out of the window. The interior design of the room and the over hotel was lovely.
− That breakfast wasn’t included but it was decently priced.
Great stay - I would visit again over other hotels in the area
7.0the iced cold brew made for me at breakfast was the highlight of my stay. The breakfast itself was pretty good as well - options felt healthy and diverse. Bed super comfortable - everything I needed in the room.

9.0I liked the familiarity that citizenM provides. I've stayed in other locations and it was a safe bet knowing what to expect of the room, how check-in would work, and that it's just a nice place to look at in the lobby
− during my stay, construction on one of the elevators was happening on my floor for hours during the morning and afternoon. it was pretty loud but it won't be a forever-thing
