Great spot to experience everything about Times Square
8.0Perfect location. Breakfast was excellent and staff were very helpful, cheery & looked like they genuinely cared.
− The room was governed by the tablet that operated all lights, black out curtain etc. The system failed one morning leaving us in complete darkness & having to ask for maintenance to fix it to be able to get dressed.

8.0Location was fantastic, safe, central and close to many subway entrances/exits, room was well equipped and comfy, staff were friendly and helpful and attentive.
− Room was clean, but a few small issues were missed during full cleaning.
