6.0The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
− We found medication in the room, the shower was small the mattress was very lumpy and worn out. No information that the restaurant was closed other than in the information book within the room.
Never again would I stay at this place!! If they had told me it would be so noisy I would not of booked it.
1.0The bed was ok
− Loud music downstairs in pub till 00.30. Very,very ,very noisy customers in pub . Hardly slept . The room was very dated and scruffy. Curtains were hanging off . No blind or curtains in bathroom and window couldn’t be opened. There is a church near it and the bells ring every hour and not just once they go on and on all night . Also your very close to the road and cars ,vans, busses rattle ur windows when they go past ( I was in a upstairs room)

3.0Location was OK centre of town, kettle and tea/coffee in room
− The room was in need of redecorating and upgrading no net curtains in room only heavy curtains so could not open them, so no privacy, no air conditioning in the room, so was very hot and sweaty, also room was right over the bar music was very loud up till 11.00 pm, and also no breakfast the kitchen is closed on Sunday mornings.
