9.0- Gemütliche Unterkunft in toller Lage (ca. 10 Gehminuten zum Colosseum / Forum Romanum). Man kann die Innenstadt zu Fuß erkunden. - Das Frühstück wird von der Betreiberin selbst angerichtet. Sie ist Vormittags vor Ort und immer freundlich. Bei Fragen hilft sie gerne mit Tipps und Empfehlungen weiter, sowohl bei Restaurants als auch bei Aktivitäten. - Das Zimmer war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, inkl. einer funktionierenden Klimaanlage. - Die Putzfrau kommt täglich und leistet hervorragende Arbeit. - Die Kommunikation war bereits vor Anreise gut => ich wurde per Whatsapp kontaktiert und mit Infos für die Anreise versorgt, sodass die Anreise sich im Vorfeld gut organisieren ließ. - Nach dem Check-Out ist es möglich, die Koffer in der Unterkunft zu deponieren, bis der Flug geht. - Rund um die Unterkunft befinden sich auch viele Restaurants und Eisdielen.
− Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und die Wände dünn => man bekommt also mit, was in den Zimmern/Wohnungen drüber, drunter und nebenan passiert.

10.0The location was perfect for us to visit sites of the Ancient Rome, the Borghese gallery and the Vatican. Walking distance to many ancient sites and close to a metro station. A tram station is also very close. The host, Claudia, was readily available for any questions and reasonable requests. Following her suggestion, we walked up the Aventino hill, strolled along the Tiber river, and explored San Saba neighbourhood on our last day at Rome, which were so lovely. Thank you, Claudia!
− It is located on the second floor (in North American term) and has a very small elevator but was not really reliable. Has spiral staircases from the ground floor. This might be something to consider for people with mobility issues.
