1.0− Naše skúsenosti s apartmánmi Katja boli, žiaľ, veľmi negatívne. Po príchode nás privítal silný zatuchnutý zápach. Klimatizácia v apartmáne nefungovala správne – bola veľmi hlučná a nedalo sa pri nej spať. Ako náhradu nám priniesli mobilnú klimatizáciu, ktorá bola rovnako hlučná, takže problém vôbec nevyriešila. Už pri našom príchode bola pokazená aj mraznička v chladničke, na čo nás personál len upozornil, no problém nijako nevyriešil. Najviac nás však sklamal prístup personálu. Namiesto riešenia situácie nám oznámili, aby sme z apartmánu odišli s tým, že Booking.com nám vráti peniaze. Neposkytli nám žiadnu kompenzáciu ani pomoc s náhradným ubytovaním, takže sme si museli na poslednú chvíľu sami hľadať nové ubytovanie. Takýto prístup od ubytovateľa nepovažujeme za profesionálny. Toto ubytovanie, žiaľ, nemôžeme odporučiť.

9.0Ich muss sagen ich war pozitiv überrascht alles war super lage top märkte cafes alles in der nähe der Strand war auch in 5 Minuten erreichbar wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden wieder kommen !!!
