10.0Fantastic location, very close to a beautiful beach, this is incredible value for money. My room was large, clean and had everything I wanted. There’s a pool table, a dartboard, a lovely pool and most of all a warm and authentic greeting from the team. The host, Bram, is super kind and helpful as well as very knowledgable about all things Thailand. All in all, this is a great place to base yourself as you explore the beautiful country of Thailand 🙏🏻🤩

− The hotel unilaterally cancelled my friend's room on the morning of the day we were arriving. The owner said he would help him find a room in a hotel nearby, but then just disappeared, never to be seen again during my stay. My friend had to pay for a more expensive room in another hotel.
