A quiet gem in center of Rome
10.0Location was great, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. On the Tiber River had a scenic view. The breakfast was great, a real breakfast with eggs, sausage or bacon, pastries choice of juice and coffee made to order. The staff were phenomenal with directions, recommendations, anything we asked about they were able to answer or accommodate.

Staff helped correct the initial noise problem
8.0Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Short walk to everything.
− Initially, we were placed in the satellite building, which is part of a residential building. Because of this, the hotel has no control over the other residents. Unfortunately, the neighbor above us was extremely noisy throughout our stay, with constant sounds of furniture being moved, pounding on the floor, and other disturbances. We were unable to sleep, and the noise continued until 2 AM on the second night. The staff did move us from the large river-view apartment to a smaller basement room in the main building, which we appreciated. They also provided complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience. However, after requesting a rate adjustment, we were disappointed that there was no compensation for being moved to a smaller room without the river view we originally had.

− Lit dur , il y a une pièce à l’entrée qui ne sert à rien . Manque un jaccuzzi ou une baignoire thalasso , manque les chaînes internationales, Café , et des boissons , ou un truc de bienvenue
