We left a day early because we were very uncomfortable. The owners were not at all willing to do anything to make it bet

− Our room was right in front so we heard highway noise. Our room only had a portable air conditioner which was very loud. The bed was small, not comfortable.

10.0Oh my gosh where do I begin? The MOST comfortable bed ever, the s'mores in the evening, location, location, location and the owners Julie and her husband were the nicest people ever! Can't wait to return... a small piece of heaven

Good Spot to enjoy Ouray
8.0This was one of our favorite stops on our trip. The owners manage the property. They are really nice and knowledgeable about Ouray. Our room (#11) was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchenette had everything we needed. They offer smores and have a large firepit behind the property to hang out at. They are very close to the river. We did the scenic walk along the river banks then went to the hot springs to enjoy the day before heading off to our next destination. I would definitely come back.
