Naisoso Island Villas - Fiji♡

It was a nightmare, disgusting and very disappointing.

I think it was pretty hard to enjoy anything after experiencing what we went through on the first night we arrived at the villa which was on a Saturday. We were only staying 2 nights because one had to fly out the following day and 3 of us on the Monday. We were just unlucky I guess to have encountered such an experience.

− The receptionist firstly gave me the wrong room. They gave us 62 which was huge but the place wasn't cleaned up after the previous guests. Dirty dishes, food scraps on the bench, beds not made and dirty linen with dirty towels left in the villa. Being told that my check in date was suppose to be tomorrow but checked again and I had my date right. They did a slip slop job of making beds and toilets weren't cleaned. We were too tired and needed to sleep as we checked in at 10:45pm after driving back from a sports event in Suva before they closed at 11pm. So to argue wasn't in us at the time, but I did tell them I would be lodging a formal complaint. In the morning we were moved to 98 apparently that's the room we were suppose to be in. So the receptionist put us in the wrong room the night before. I did ask her if there was any clean villa she could put us in but she said no. Yet, in the morning we were told that we were suppose to be put in 98 which is the correct villa for us. I've attached photos so you can see the beds were not made and the kitchen was left like that with food scraps on the bench and dirty dishes at the back. I reported this to the receptionist and she came down to the villa with another to clean it just enough for the night by changing linen. It was gross but we were left desperate. Not something you should expect in any accommodation when checking in especially at a supposedly luxurious Naisoso villa. I was unhappy because our first night was spent in an unclean villa and we couldn't get accommodation anywhere at such short notice that night. We chose Naisoso because the reviews were decent and the photos looked beautiful. It would've been a great way to end a busy week before we flew back home but it was not to be.

Very safe, beautiful villa, friendly and accomodating staff. Complimentary airport pick up and once a day trips to the mart for groceries. Housekeeping was fabulous. Trips into town were easy to organise. Pool was fabulous.

− 接我们到驻地的司机是一个女的，叫Holly，此人的职业道德非常差。由于接人的费用没有提前告诉我们，到达后跟她交涉，她的态度非常蛮横，甚至说不满足她的要求，不让我们入住。入住期间，我们联系邻居的车想出去游览一下，她知道后联系邻居，不让载我们，只能用她的车。房间的设施维护很不好，厨房漏水，一般房间的热水不热，电视不工作，个别房间还发现蟑螂……。
